Is there a door prize?
Was hoping maybe it was the first prewar Majestic-branded Du Mont to turn up--in which case I might have considered paying his $10 pick up fee.

That's an unusual one. Most Majestics that I've seen have been in big expensive consoles. I had one like that which was IDENTICAL, but had the Wilcox-Gay name. I think I saved the door. That was the only one I ever saw like that. same idential door, just different lettering. That was the parent company; they were famous for their wire recorders.

10 Dollar charge???
Man, that's a bunch of BS! I've never heard of a seller charging any amount of money for picking up an item in person! Perhaps they should also include a 5 dollar charge if the sun was shining on the day of pick-up!
I'd encourage someone to pick it up... that would make me one less trip to the post office!
