Mystery set

Found a picture on eBay with an odd looking set in it.

I'm guessing the cabinet is a custom job, looks like the guts from a late 30's Zenith radio
like this one is mounted in the right side and an early 50's TV is in the left, or maybe the cabinet is original to the TV and the radio was added later?
