How not to sell a collection: sell as a lot, local pickup only.

Looks like an opportunity for anyone in the area who wants to buy the lot and instantly resell them one by one -- after looking in the phone book to locate the nearest Craters & Freighters for the convenience of buyers.

With any luck, you could offer to pay rent for another month or two on the guy's storage space and keep 'em there until sold.

Yikes! Sounds like you are being smothered! Unlike a wife or girlfriend these sets dont talk back or argue, just occupies space...the beauty of collecting!
Good luck!

This guy is near me, but I already have a predicta barber pole and a 21" predicta tabletop along with another 50+ TVs and a bunch of radios, magic lanterns, projectors etc. I bought a 8" RCA 8pt7032 for $12 and a panasonic tr1000p for $6 this weekend. At least I was able to find room for them in the garage. My riding lawnmower sits in the backyard with a tarp over it and my three cars in the driveway.

I think having the barberpole and the holiday is good enough for a predicta collection as they are the earlier of the line and still relatively affordable. Great find on that Panasonice TR1000P for $6! Im glad to see someone out there getting a bargain!

I remember someone having a large lot of Predictas up for auction a year or so ago. Seems I recall the starting bid was much higher. I wonder if these are from that same auction.
