Oddly enough, that Magnavox console TV looks like a TV chassis (with the CRT) my father had set up in the living room. This based mainly on the channel selector knob from it (below), and also the fact my father had to use an external audio amp for the TV sound. Which would make sense if that TV had been a console pull.
