A split chassis! I had the chassis before this one. My mother found out it worked and made me get rid of it so I wouldn't electrocute myself.
The most interesting thing was the cabinet (metal) was lined with asbestos! Never could stop the pull at the top. It ended up at one of the relatives until it failed. They got rid of it. By then I had a Admiral roundie B/W which I still have!

I must admit that I got a bit exited when I first saw that eBay posting... the cabinet resembles the Philco color prototype of the same era:

Pretty nice but i still think he needs to knock at least $100 off the opening bid.
The BIN is completely out of the question.
