Old Westinghouse. What is it?

Just saw an ad for this on my local craigslist. What year is it, and how much is it worth picking up in not working condition?

Thanks gents!

According to one book that's a 605T12 from 1948.
Book says it's a tabletop so i'm guessing it separates from that stand, which looks original.

I think this is the model with a switch that opens and closes some shutters to switch it from a porthole to a double D screen.

I would think it would be well worth picking up if it's clean and the stand is a factory item. 1991 book has it at $75, so probably $200 now wouldn't be a bad deal.

An old tv service book that I have shows the back of the set... it has adjustments for "magnifier height" and "mag. vertical lin" as well as the normal height and vertical lin. I don't however, see a button to switch modes like my Zenith has. Cool set, I have never seen one.

Update: There does appear to be some sort of shutter mechanism above and below the screen, as shown in the attached picture.
This perhaps is activated by the lever arm on the bottom control?
