Early Muntz sets featured 3 large knobs.
![]() jr Update: Perhaps not... the Knobs and bezel look quite different (Sams set 96, folder6 5/50). Last edited by jr_tech; 06-05-2013 at 03:18 PM. |

Definitely not sure... The knob looks like a Magnavox, but likely could be wrong. Let's go with Jr tech and Muntz for now?

I actually backed away from Muntz in the above post...Remembered that Hallacrafters made some 3 Knob sets...the knobs and bezel on this set seem to match beter (photofact set 92, folder 3, 4/50):
But the Knobs are not in a straight line... ![]() Update : Looking through my early Photofacts, I see several more 3 Knob sets from that era... Bendix, Park View and Truetone, but none of the sets pictured look much like the "mystery set". My Photofact sets are not complete, however. Last edited by jr_tech; 06-05-2013 at 03:19 PM. |

Hmmm..... I'm gonna start digging through my Photofacts. This looks familiar, but I'll be darned if I can think of what it is.
