Need help with Zenith console ID

I have a mid 50's Zenith console which I bought a few years ago.

I have yet to find any schematic or any other info on this console and have been looking every few months over the last few years.

The original power transformer has a switch for 115 or 230 volt operation so I'm thinking this may have been an export model.

Speakers are not original.



Instead of FM it has a band spread of 31 and 25 meters.




Model number, but can't clearly make it out.






Any idea where I can find a schematic and alignment instructions?

The console has been restored, but the original speaker was shot so about 1 1/2 years ago I decided to rework the amp to use 6L6 tubes for more power which required a different output transformer and beefier power transformer.



The output transformer itself would not fit on the chassis so I removed the tone controls (didn't like the way they colored the sound anyways) and used the socket for the tone control wiring and the plug that wiring connected to for the output transformer connections.



I had asked someone on the Antique Radio Forums for help with the phase splitter/driver stage after I figured the original phase splitter/driver stage wasn't quite enough for the 6L6 tubes. I have yet to implement those changes though.

I also modded the radio to bypass the original volume control and feed the AM audio straight to the phono input jack while the amp input is connected directly to the aux input. I did that as I wanted my Browning RV-34 FM tuner to control the volume of everything since it has a volume control and input selector which allows three other inputs in addition to the FM.



Pretty much every Zenith console picture I can find from the 50's which used that particular dial escutcheon was AM/FM only with the phono. I found one picture with a cabinet pretty much like mine, but not the same chassis. Had a Cobra Matic four speed record changer in it which had a bad tone arm. Would love to find a Zenith Micro touch changer and install it. I currently use a 70's V-M changer, but the cartridge attenuates the highs some.

That grill cloth looks fantatsic.

It seems odd that any post 1947 console would not have FM.
Seems possible this was a Export model, no FM being the second clue.

the grill cloth was fantastic until I poked a hole in the bottom part where the port is.

I figure it might have been bought by someone in the military who was stationed overseas.

the fact that I cannot find any info on it whatsoever makes me wonder if this is a rare or one of a kind console.

I woukdnt need the schematic or service info except the alignment doesn't appear to be straight forward given it uses both trimmer caps and variable inductors in parallel with each other.
