Help me identify this set(Emerson)
Just picked this up today. Early Emerson TV-portable? It has a carrying handle but its heavy. Couldn't find any pictures on the net and don't want to start work on it without a schematic. Any ideas(besides it ugly)

Just looked at the bottom. It's a model 1030 Series D. I still need a schematic

My guess is that the TV is from the mid 1950s seeing as it has a rectangular picture tube and most earlier TVs like this had round picture tubes up until around mid 1950s and then rectangular B & W Picture tubes became the norm while color round picture tubes continued up until the mid 1960s or so and then rectangular color tubes started becoming the norm by the mid to late 1960s.
