Anyone think much of this?
It's not as old as some of the nice pictures i've seen. but i cant seem to find any other info on the brand name Elgin, im guess this was a clock company, not an audio company. got it for $4,i think it looks nice.

In the 60's, the Elgin watch company was outsourcing as much as any company today. I 've seen many a clock and watch made for Elgin from any company that could match the minimum bid. Collectible radio? only if you identify the original maker of that clock radio. It has that 60's space age look. Logan

Thats a cool-looking little radio and a familiar one, too. I think I had one of those when I was a tyke. As I recall, it did a decent job of AMDXing even using the internal antenna.
And my cam is like yours; allergic to having the subject any closer than about 2 feet from the lens.
