chipped glass

I just recently purchased a 9 or 10" Samsung tv at a flee market. They did not try to hide anything but after I got it home I noticed that the crt face has a couple of chips in it. The tv plays very well with a great picture( great colors and fantastic contrast).
from a slight distance you can't even see the chips. Is there anything that can be done about it?
