It's a CTC-4. The seller calls it an "antique" color set. I think vintage would be a better discription.

Check again, Steve. i think they called it "ancient" and "extrememly old"'.

I like the way he says that "Picture tube is supposed to be a nearly unused replacement" with the emphasis being on supposed . I guess he realizes that what people say might not be true.

My mistake

Ancient beats antique by at least 1000 years. That is one old tv.

Well, that counts me out.

Even if i did bid on it ,and win it, i still have no way to get the set. My van is still down, And I am still trying to get the shop to replace/rebuild the engine in it. I will be going out of town next week, for about a week. I think If the van is not fixed by then, ( and for very little money on my part), I will notify the BBB.

( for those who do not know the story about my Chrysler minivan, see the thread (a bit of a warning about car repair), to find out the story, of how a garage turned a failure to replace a $20 dollar sensor,into a ruined engine for me.
