1952 Zenith

Hi,
Im new here but I think someone here would be intrested in this its my 1952 Zenith Buckingham K2266R 21" console as i bought it. Its almost done now the consloe is back to being close to the orginal mohogany i dont know why on earth it was painted white. I bought it from the son of the orginal owner who never tested it so i did the ultament nono and pluged it in and turned it on. it took almost a year to get it working to where it is now It was my first tv project and proboly my last as I only need one tv. All thats left is i have retrace likes on it. when i have my atari 2600 attached. But it made it easy to adjust with pacman on the screen cause the maze is square. Ill get some pictuers up of what it looks like now sometime soon once i find the camera.

Very nice set you have. I've always liked that style of zenith. I would try to strip and restore the original cabinet. The white just doesn't look good on that set!

Welcome.

Well here are the pictuers as it stands now. It has come along ways since I got it. I just wish i could get rid of the retrace lines.
