Nice, strange GE in atlanta--take a look!!

I do not know what this is--and it is WAY too far from me...but someone here should take a,look. Looks like a 50 or older ge set.

Hmmm...Winder, Georgia...Somebody from there had a CTC-5 or somesuch for sale on C/L awhile back..and it looked good from 10' away, but was junk...Wonder if this is the same dude ?
