Zenith Converter

I acquired a Zenith Converter Box. It has alot of different viewing options. The one is Set By Program. Is this the best setting for a 25 Inch CRT TV or is it best to leave it at Full Screen?

Also, with other converter boxes don't know it is best to leave at the Zoom or use the new 16:9 Ratio?

I've been told that operating a CRT for extended periods with letterbox could cause brighter regions on the screen where the black bars were, due to that part of the screen not being worn/exercised as much.

Nice feature of the Zenith converter box, it remembers the picture setting for each channel. If you have some you prefer letterboxed, and others full screen it will remember the setting.
