That Zenith was a no sale last year too. It was pretty rough. Weak picture tube as stated on the front sticker as well.

I bid on the 19" Andrea, but only went to about $25 on it. I came home with PLENTY enough! A couple of the sets I got there were no pics of either, there were a lot of last minute sets that showed up that went to auction.

Who ever bought that CT-100 with a 15GP22 to air that was "never sold", PM me.

I have a picture of Johnnies Radio Service, where it was found. I bought my first washing machine there in 1989.

Dave, it was my set that sold. I got it from Johnnie when his health was declining years ago. It went to the Indiana State Museum. Interestingly, they told me they got their first two from Thomson. In 1978 I sold my first CT-100 to RCA. I was not prepared to fix them then and the vert xfmr was bad. I suspect my set is one of their other two. PM me the photo if you can for old times sake. Thanks. D

Its nice to know you got that from him. I was not aware until I saw OLD TV NUT's picture. I bought a RCA 8T241 from a "steel company house" that he sold them back in the real heyday of Birdsboro.

I got a bunch of other small stuff from Johnnie but the other best was a RCA TV counter-top flip display of the 1948 line. Page after page of all the models in two-color. It is a maroon fake leather covering and staying here. I have never seen another one and should get photos up here...as soon as I find a good counter for display. I am not sure Birdsboro and heyday can be used in the same sentence.
