A rather plain vintage TV that would've been shunned by TV collectors in the past, but today, IMO, it's a nice early tabletop Philco. If it has been electronically restored and plays well, it's worth the price. If it needs a full chassis resto, I would say half that price would be max.

I wonder if that's the model that has the Standard Coil tuner?
