TV Service Menu

I have a few higher end TV's with service menu program however I can't figure out all the definitions for all the adjustments and there a little different depending on the set besides. Is there a book or some kind of professional adjustment manual to help me with this.
Thank you,
Perry

Service manual. Goes with the service menu. They sometimes will help you with that. Sharp was VERY good with this.

There is no one stop source. OEM manuals are best. Sams may help.
Internet may also.
Many settings are feature level or mode. Also stuff you would never have to
change. Usually important adjustments are labeled or in the manual. Others
are a default for area such as US / Canada etc & will kill the set if changed.

Best advice is.......
ALWAYS write down a full list of settings BEFORE you make any change.
Often you have to exit the menu correctly or the changes will not be
written in.
Menus are often 2 or 3 deep so you need the right password to move to
the next level.
HAVE a working OEM hand unit if at all possible & CAREFULLY follow the
OEM instructions !
These settings almost never need changes unless corrupted or you change
an E-prom etc........
