Is this a series string set? I have never seen a Hot Chassis Zenith color set (have seen them in b/w, of course.)

nice find andy! ive got the same set, mine is from the local tv shop. no uhf is easy fix and common for zenith. loosen the lock nut that holds the adjusting screw for the UHF rotor shaft, then, start turning the set screw in both directions, chances are, uHF channels will pop back in. The tension plates on the rotor become somewhat weak after so many years + the thick grease they use to lube it interferes with good contact. Your best bet is to squirt some contact cleaner in the UHF and turn that screw a few times. My set dates to 1973. IF your set has a 14DC15 chassis, its a 1973 model year, made late 1972.

Here is my set, which by the way, had UHF problem too!
