That's an orange drop that someone used as a replacement and it should be fine. I can't tell from the photo but it looks like someone paralleled it with a bumblebee. The bumblebee should be replaced.

I'm guessing that this is C209 based on the location and it should be 0.2uF. I can't tell from the photo whether it's .015uF or 0.15uF. 0.15uF would work. .015uF wouldn't work very well. It appears to be part of the +300V boost.
If it's in parallel and it's .015uF they may have been trying to compensate for the bumblebee dying, in which case you'll have to replace both.

I'm not sure that I stated this very clearly.

The cap to the right of the 1,000V mica is a micamold mica. These are the buggers to distrust. I can't tell what brand the 1,000v one is.
