No go...

It was late last night and I didn't want to mess with it any further. So I just tried it again. I hooked a DVD player up to the TV and turned it on.

It squealed, and after about 7 seconds it blew the 4A line fuse again. So the original problem is still there that most likely took out the original HOT then.

EDIT: Actually, I just caught this now: There is a broken jumper from capacitor C3308 and a white wire just above ICX3301 (pulse width modulator). The SAMs I have is for a 9-160-04 module and does not show any jumper there. Any insight on this? I'll pull the chassis back out later to trace that white wire out and figure what is going on.
