Spent a little time last night going through the radio and phono on the Telebar. Looks like everything is there and in decent shape on the radio (model 5D2 - AM/FM). Should be able to have that up and running along with the TV chassis soon.

I am going to need to disassemble the entire phono (Model RC550), clean it, re-lube and re-assemble. Have located a NOS cartridge with needle, but it is pricey. Have ordered JUST a needle ($7) and can then test the cartridge in it. At some point I may want to upgrade the guts of the tone arm with a more modern cartridge so I don't have to keep trying to track down crystal cartridges.

Only thing that seems to be missing on the entire set is the plug and wires from the speaker to the TV chassis. Admiral used a 2 prong plug into the TV chassis for the speaker hookup. Prongs were different diameters. Anyone have a spare Admiral speaker plug lying around? I guess I could just use bullet connectors for each wire and shove them in, but would love to find the correct plug for this socket.

This weekend I am working on the resto of a friend's 1950 Dodge radio. Mopar Model 604. A PAY JOB!!!!!
