Interesting, but I don't think the throttle cable is at fault here.
Sometimes the transmission shifts fairly close to normal, other times it gets up to 4,000 RPM before it will finally jerk into a higher gear. I'll keep that in mind however. Still wondering about the growling/sputtering, like you can see about 30 seconds into my video, and that weird turn signal issue.
