Those are the colors and in that order, the silver next to the #1 shows it's a paper and infact not a mica and the 1, 2, show 1 for each and the color for the multiplier is 1 million and I don't know how to get the correct value from that, lol.
If the multiplier really is one million, that would make this an 11 microfarad capacitor - hard to believe.
