For sure, the price is way over the top for a common small Sony portable color set, but there are a couple of uncommon sets that might deserve such a high asking price.

For example, the very early KV-7010 apparently was only imported to a few stores in New York, and is very desirable to Sony collectors... The KVX-370, which uses a beam index CRT is also quite rare and desirable.

OTOH, 10 bucks in my opinion, would be a bargain for a common small Sony... Would be worth it even just as a parts set. $25 to $100 is a decent range for the 4 inch to 9 sets, with the 4 inch and 8 inch at the high end, or perhaps exceeding that range.

Note to Zeno, I'll take all the mint KV 8000s you can find for 10 bucks!
