Bizarre 16LP4 on eBay: What uses it???

I've never seen a 16" glass round tube in a TV... Of course I haven't seen every TV either. I've seen plenty of 15" glass DuMont tubes in various sets, but not a 16.

Anybody know what set(s) use it? It looks startlingly similar to a 15GP22 from a distance except for the neck, and no anode flange... Definitely looks narrower deflection than 70 degrees!
