Anyone Know This Blonde?

She's a blonde,looks good and in great shape,but before i take her home to mom,i need to know if she's okay.
This is a 1954 Stromberg Carlson set.It is another one of Ebays Gems and it does look pretty good. The thing of it is i know nothing about this type of tv as far as what is the most common problems you have.So if anyone can give me any type of info on this, would be a great help.I know nothing about it except that it doesn't work.I would also like to know what a fair price would be to bid on it?
