Another oddball Atlantis 609

Hi guys. 5th tube console in two weeks. This one has me mystified. The radio is branded Atlantis. There is a decal on the back; Stereo Radiogram chassis model 609, Made in West Germany. Packaged with a Phillips TT.

I have Googled for hours now, with nothing to even indicate Atlantis was a company making radios.

Any help would be appreciated. It powers up, but no volume, just hum. No indication on the magic eye that any signals are being received.
