Hallicrafter Horiz White Lines

I finally got my tuner back and have recapped most of it. I have a problem with some white lines on half the picture. Looks like it may be some type of horiz foldover or something like that. I'm sure you pros have run into this a few times. I have tried about everything i could think of on this. The horiz drive control does make them change somewhat. The hi volt cap has not been changed yet because i haven't been able to find one yet (500mmfd x20,000 volts). Appreciate any help on this i can get. I took a picture of it if i can get it to attach.
