Smile A blast from the Past for me!

That's amazingly like the TV set without cabinet my father set up in the living room back about 1960. However ours had the CRT in the normal position with the chassis sitting flat. It sat atop a tall and wide speaker about 5 feet tall and 3 feet wide, so my 7 year old young kid fingers couldn't reach it. Don't know how he came to have it, must have gotten a good deal down on Radio Row in NYC, since replaced by the World Trade Center.

Around 1970, a neighbor tossed a fixable B&W TV, so that replaced this.
