My first major overhaul

Im new here and also apreciate old B/W tv sets, been tinkering with em since the 6th grade. Got out of it for awhile, but am back to it.

Recently, i scored a Packard Bell 2116 DeLuxe (2115-2 chassis) Iknow i need to do a total Cap job on it. UNFORTUNATELY, the owner didnt know that and PLUGGED IT IN... Needless to say , he smoked the transformer (stamped 89041) Looks like a 13 wire one, (primaries included in count)

Fortunately, i kept a BIG box of tubes so thats covered, only wish i wasnt forced out of the garage or ide still have my old tv parts around...

Ide apreciate any help (parts, spec books, advice, etc.) you can give me
