Most Consistently Reliable Early TV...RCA?

We're talking 1946 thru 1952, or thereabouts.

I'm looking for a new TV Project, and, considering the condition my 630 TS was in before resto, I'm amaized, in retrospect, what little trouble I had with it.

Are the RCA's the Best? What else is in it's Class?
