OK, Silvertone people! I need your help!

I picked up this beat up battery Sears Silvertone tombstone for $10 at a flea market. All I know about it is that is should have six tubes and is battery operated. Can anyone ID the model?

The cabinet is pretty rough; but, could probably be made into a pretty radio by someone who knew what they were doing.
