Maybe NOT gone.

I saw this same graphic early Sunday afternoon on WXYZ "7.2" Detroit.
At the same time, WNWO "24.2" Toledo had actual programming, but the audio was unreliable.

HOWEVER, but 7 PM (EST) that same evening, RTN was back on both stations.
