bought 2 Philco model 70s

Bought 2 model 70 philco cathedrals, one is in very nice shape with a pristine speaker and underside. The other is missing a speaker and the cabinet is not the best, and the underside has seen some mods and some parts such as the main electrolytics are unhooked. Which is pretty amazing, because the seller said the unit played well. Huh? E bay strikes again! My question is this. I am gonna list this on e bay as a parts rig, but what parts should I remove beforehand, That would likely be hard to find or is likely to fail, so I have a stand by stock of these parts? I already yanked the tubes. What else should I grab before selling this parts unit?
