UK Response to 12VP4 want ad

I've received a response to my want ad for a 12VP4 CRT. It came from the UK. The price is right which includes shipping. But the description "perfect working condition and good shape" is disturbing. Then again, English doesn't seem to be the fellow's first language. Or, it could just be his typing skills. He also says he doesn't have pics of it.

There's also a 12VP4 ATX power supply that he might think I want, but my ad was placed on ETF.

I feel like I'd be playing roulette if I go for it.
