Man, that house is a disaster! But actually it looks a lot like the last estate sale I went to. Hard to sell much that way.

I think even if they cut prices in half I'd have to think hard before shelling out the money. The T-100 is pretty attractive to me but sounds like that one will need plenty of work; who knows about the crt.
