Philco Predicta value

I found a Philco Predicta at a flea market the other day. It is a princess model with a matching stand. It is in good condition and is complete aside from the antenna is missing. The finish is worn in places. The back is there as is the cord and knobs. They are asking 250.00 for it. Is that a good price? I am sure it does not work.
