Another Early Tv Engineer Passes...

Visiting with my mother tonight, and she said she read an obituary of a pioneering television engineer who did work on developing early color kinescopes, as well as developing imaging for the moon missions.

I thought she had found something about Stan Lebar, but no, this is a different fellow who worked here at RCA Lancaster: Richard Faulkner passed away on the 11th, aged 88. His obit may be found below:

It sounds like he led a fascinating life. It's a pity that he lived no more than five minutes from me and I never met him, though. I'd love to track down any of those old RCA Lancaster guys and chat with them.
