Hi John, that will be an 8-PT-703* or 8-PT-701*depending on the color and style
There are a couple different chassis used in these sets, I have a basic schematic for one of them uploaded here: Right click and "save as" http://www.vintagetvsets.com/schem/kcs100.pdf I think the difference is in the vertical circuit so check and see if this matches yours.
