RCA's use of 'Domino' resistors

Does anyone know when RCA phased out the use of 'Domino' style CAPACITORS, and went to the more modern cylindrical type? Either in TVs, or in radios?

Capacitors, capacitors, capacitors...that's what I meant to say !!
