If we assume that this is not a scam, then the photo, lousy as it is, indicates a CT-100 that could be a near pristine set. Look at the gold trim strip along the top of the photo. Note the overall luster of the wood. Check the color of the metal strips that secure the safety glass: bright, not the usual dull look.
If I were interested in another CT-100, I'd definitely be checking this one. The CT-100 in this picture never spent years in a barn or damp basement, or some other uncontrolled environment. However, the 'it works' statement is suspect of course, but I'm getting curiouser and curiouser. Pete
