Yes, and some were even sold in the USA. I remember working on several JVC 21" roundies (branded Delmonico), and also I worked on a few Toshiba and Sharp sets with 15" tubes with the big-neck/same socket as the 21FJP22. But the JVC was the only actual 21" roundie Japanese set that I can personally witness as having a 21FJ/FBP22.
