Picked up an 11-tube Silvertone console and need the model number

Today, I picked up this decent looking Silvertone console for $38 at the flea market. It's an 11 tube set (including the tuning eye and rectifier tubes). The cabinet is dirty; but, I think it will clean up OK. The main thing is that the veneer is not peeling and falling off, like on so many consoles that I find around here. This radio has switches for bass boost, high boost, and a switched phono input. The main thing that worries me is the dial. It is either very dirty or very faded and unreadable. The paper with the model number is missing and the only part I can read of the chassis number is the 101 prefix; so, any help with a model number will be appreciated. I'm sure this will be a good radio once it's fixed.
