Need help finding a Sam's number, Pilot TV-164

Picked up a Pilot TV-164 over the weekend but can't find anything on it. It has a 14 +/- Rectangular Sylvania CRT. which tested good to 5.7 on my BK 465.
I couldn't see any marking on the CRT other than the Sylvania label on the cap. Does Sam's Photo Facts cover this set? I came across some references to JC Penny in the Pilot listings. Did JC Penny sell Pilot?

Thanks.
