DANGER! Watch out for this seller on ebay

I did receive a response from the eBay seller stating that he will still give Bob the television set if he picks it up, or will give an immediate refund if the set sells to another buyer. So, this is encouraging. The seller seems to have an issue with storing items because of lack of space. Here's hoping for a good resolution.
