Need Help With Ranser Console Tube AM

Some of you may have seen this over on AK:

Tube AM, dead, only 910Khz and noise... Can we fix it?

It's from AK member elnado who may not have a membership over here on VK. It's posted in "tuners" but because it's tube we could benefit from you antique radio guys. Please have a look and help out. Thanks.
