The two knobs under the channel selector don't look right for a CTC-11. Mine has four controls there (two pairs of controls on concentric shafts that are arranged vertically rather than horizontally): Tint/Brightness and Color/Power-Volume.
"New Vista" was a marketing puff-word that referred to the 6CW4 nuvistor used as the CTC-11's RF amp. I wonder if any B/W sets used nuvistors and thus qualified for the "New Vista" badge? Phil Nelson Phil's Old Radios http://antiqueradio.org/index.html
