Anyone have a clue as to what might be causing this condition on my Admiral Telebar? Set has had this condition since restore.

If you look at the attached photo, you can see the picture is much brighter in the center. So if you divide the picture into thirds vertically, the center third is brighter than the edge thirds. Adjusting the brightness and contrast sees the condition stay the same. Center is always brighter no matter how bright the picture is.

Anyone seen this before?
