I HAVE seen the safety caps on Maggie SS sets--and have seen them FAIL too. But so far---ONLY in the "short mode" (this was OVER 25 years ago or MORE). When they did they overloaded the PS and shut down the set. IIRC...this was on a T908 maybe a T-915 set. NOT a T995.
